Why you need a job before a business

job to business
job first then to business

business? I am pleased to bring this topic before you, because it is one of the challenging stations I have encountered in the world of money and business . I have seen many businesses grow and I have as well seen businesses fail and to be true to you, the main cause of business failure is lack of hands on work experience and vice versa. Since I graduated in 2007, i immediately joined business and many others I graduated with some as well immediately became entrepreneurs like me and most others joined employment and some are still there but others left the industry. I want to assure you that as we graduated and took different paths some are poor and still struggling, others just live on their salaries, and others are wealthier and financially free. And I took my time to study these few gays who emerged successful in life over others and this is it they were good with better hands on work skills and bold. It’s first of all to what you want in life you may call it a dream, then work towards that dream. Secondary you have first hand on knowledge and skills. And thirdly, right people and resources. The best way to learn swimming is to swim, s if interested in setting up a restaurant, first get a job in that kind of a particular business you want to establish then after acquiring the necessary knowledge, skills and resources then quite and start your own. Start a business that you have not seen with your eyes but rather with your mind. I encourage doing businesses because you grow with it and own that can be transferred to you children and even to your children’s children unlike a job. Even if you have you still need your job for support, you can still have a side business rather than a side job. Also read millionaire secrets
